Privacy

This notice describes how Pools Markets handles information when you use the website, extension and related services. The product is currently in pre-launch testing, so this notice may be updated before public release.

Information we process

  • Account information, such as an email address, verification status and internal account identifiers.
  • Public blockchain information, including addresses, balances, transactions, positions and settlement records.
  • Product context, such as the supported launchpad, token and market a Pools Markets surface is displaying.
  • Technical information used to operate and protect the service, such as request timing, error records, device or browser type and security events.

Wallet security

Routine account actions use the configured secure signing infrastructure. Pools Markets does not use private signing material for advertising or behavioral profiling. We will not ask for your private key or one-time email code through social direct messages.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, display balances and positions, perform actions you request, operate market and settlement records, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and comply with applicable legal obligations. Pools Markets does not sell personal information.

Service providers and public networks

We may use infrastructure, authentication, email, wallet-security and monitoring providers to operate the service. They receive only the information needed for their role and are subject to their own legal and contractual obligations. Activity submitted to a public blockchain is visible to anyone and cannot be deleted by Pools Markets.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and operational information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, including security, dispute and legal requirements. Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of eligible account information by contacting privacy@pools.markets.

Security and changes

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the product's current stage, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
